Data deletion

Last updated: October 23, 2026

How to have your data deleted, including data linked to Facebook and Instagram.

Data linked to Facebook and Instagram

If your business connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to ZeroSlot (Slot Flash option), ZeroSlot keeps: the Page ID and name, the Instagram account ID, the encrypted access tokens and the IDs of the posts ZeroSlot published. No data about your clients or followers.

Three ways to delete it:

  1. In ZeroSlot: Settings > Slot Flash > "Disconnect Facebook and Instagram". The access tokens and IDs are deleted immediately.
  2. In Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, select ZeroSlot, then Remove. ZeroSlot loses all access to your Page at once.
  3. By email: write to privacy@zeroslot.app with the subject "Facebook data deletion", from your ZeroSlot account address or giving the Page name. We delete the data within 30 days and send you an email confirmation with a request number.

Posts already visible on your Page belong to you: ZeroSlot removes the ones it published as soon as the slot is booked again, and can remove all of them on request. You can also delete them yourself from Facebook or Instagram.

Professional account

To close your account and delete all its data (business, team, services, appointments, clients), write to privacy@zeroslot.app from the account address. On request, we first send you a copy of your data. Deletion is done within 30 days and confirmed by email.

Accounting records (subscription invoices) are kept for as long as the law requires.

You are a client of a business

The business you booked with decides about your data: ask it for deletion. It can erase your record in one click; your contact details are then erased and your appointments anonymised. You can also write to privacy@zeroslot.app, naming the business: we will forward your request.

Backups

Encrypted backups rotate automatically: deleted data leaves them within 12 months at most. They are only used to restore the service after an incident; if a restore ever happened, the deletions requested would be applied again.
