Terms of use

The service

ZeroSlot lets professionals manage their calendar, online booking page, clients, reminders and deposits. The service is published by NetDamIX, BCE 1037.856.943, Impasse Verheggen 9, B-6182 Courcelles, Belgium. Contact: support@zeroslot.app.

Account

Accounts are for professionals only. You provide accurate information, keep your password to yourself and are responsible for what your team members do.

Plans and prices

• Starter: free (1 person, 5 services, 50 appointments per month).
• Pro: €29 per month, price locked for life for the first 100 businesses, then €39; €278 per year.
• Business: €59 per month; €566 per year.
• Pro or Business trial: 14 days, no card needed. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the account goes back to Starter.
• No commission on appointments or on your clients' payments.

Prices exclude VAT: ZeroSlot is for businesses.

The subscription renews monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period, with no refund for a period already started. Any price change is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

Your clients' payments

Deposits paid by your clients go straight to your account with your payment provider (for example Mollie). ZeroSlot does not collect these amounts, is not a party to the sale and takes no commission. Your cancellation and refund terms are the ones you set in ZeroSlot.

Your commitments

• You are the controller of your clients' data: you tell them you use ZeroSlot and respect their rights. ZeroSlot acts as your processor (see the privacy policy).
• You do not record any health data or other sensitive data in ZeroSlot.
• You do not use the service to send unsolicited messages or publish unlawful content.

Availability and liability

We do what is needed to keep ZeroSlot available and backed up, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to direct damage and, in total, to the amounts paid for the service over the last 12 months, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Ending the contract

You can close your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend an account for abuse or non-payment, after notice except in an emergency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may protect you.
